Come conosci quali usare? Grazie!

I would simply say that ALLORA sometimes can have the meaning of the other two words, while it is not possible to do vice versa. The best way to remember is to read the exemples: Allora-then, at that time, this is the main meaning. But sometimes it can be used as therefore which is the same as quindi CI VEDIAMO ALLORA/QUINDI AL SOLITO POSTO? Sometimes it can be used as after or later, which is poi, ABBIAMO MANGIATO TUTTO E ALLORA ABBIAMO DECISO DI ANDARE A CASA.
