3: "I have a boyfriend already." "The package arrived already." These are normal. Why do you think they are wrong? 4: These forms are correct: "Now I will give you the answer." "I will now give you the answer." "I will give you the answer now."

2. I know it as an idiom for "tired, exhausted, worn out", especially at the end of doing something. "Can you carry a few more boxes?" "Sorry, I'm all in." 4. It can be used with present perfect, but not often. Some example sentences: Now I have seen everything. Now I've told you my name; what's yours? She's been to Rome twice now.

[Geez... Your questions are more advanced than most I've seen. I'll endeavor to answer them though :D ] 1) I suppose it depends on the context of the sentence. Saying "All" by itself is indefinite, and saying "It all" is definite, as "It" would probably be the subject of the sentence. Just watch your sentence structure and you'll be okay. 2) To use the expression "All in" infers a state of total commitment, vigour, effort, or enthusiasm with regard to certain task or goal. 3) Using the word "Already" at the end of a sentence is typical of informal sentences. 4) ___Sorry____ Can't really help on this question, and I don't wanna give the wrong information! I'm sure someone else will answer though :D Cheers.
