[Geez... Your questions are more advanced than most I've seen. I'll endeavor to answer them though :D ]
1) I suppose it depends on the context of the sentence. Saying "All" by itself is indefinite, and saying "It all" is definite, as "It" would probably be the subject of the sentence. Just watch your sentence structure and you'll be okay.
2) To use the expression "All in" infers a state of total commitment, vigour, effort, or enthusiasm with regard to certain task or goal.
3) Using the word "Already" at the end of a sentence is typical of informal sentences.
