I will be moving to USA from China. Can I use an ICA certification to teach mandarin? It is GPST-IMT? (Global Professional and Specialist Test - International Mandarin Teacher)

I think it depends where you teach and with what type of students. If you teach in the public school system, I think they are more strict and require a teaching license that is only given out by the USA but I'm not sure about other places.
