A typical top up procedure: 其实十分的简单。首要即是用户先找到小区的物业办理公司，他那儿有一个总的体系办理着水表，您拿着水费，把所对应的水表卡给物业公司的办理人员，他会直接使用体系把水费给充值上，物业公司的办理人员把水表卡放到体系的办理器上，然后体系就会读取水表卡内的信息，之后使用电脑进行操作，找到有关的充值办理有些，给水表的吨数改写一下，这样就很轻松的完成了充值。
