position or title In Chinese, "职位" means one's job title, such as Manager, CEO, President, and so on. What is the English term for "职位"? Is it "position", title, or anything else? Example: Tom: Jerry, what is your 职位 in the company? Jerry: Oh, I'm a financial manager. Please give me both formal and informal words for it, thank you.

Hello :) You would say, Tom, what is your position in the company? Formal Tom, what do you do here? Tom, what do you do in this company? Less formal but common to ask this anyway. What's your job here Tom? What job do you do for this company, Tom? Less formal as well, and common.
