Here is my correction: Actually, not every student is created equally. If a student works hard for himself, then he will arrive at success. There are many of qualities of a good student, for instance, being a hard worker is a key quality for an effective student. In addition, the perfect student is a LEADER, has motivation, and tries to seize opportunities. Finally, the perfect student asks questions, to understand all the details in the lesson. Your paragraph is very good, I just made some small corrections

Actually, not every student is created equally, if a student works (to) BY himself, then he will (be arrived to) ARRIVE AT success. There are many of qualities of a good student, for instance, HARD WORKER , being a hard worker is a key quality of an (effectively) EFFECTIVE student, in addition (to), the perfect student is a LEADER, (which) he has motivation, and he (try) TRIES to seize opportunities. Finally, the perfect student asks questions, to understand all the details in the lesson. THIS IS THE CORRECTION THOSE WORDS IN BRACKETS ARE UNNESSERSARY AND THE CAPITALISED WORDS ARE THOSE IVE ADDED TO MAKE THE SENTENCE MORE APPROPRIATE. HOPE THAT HELPS
