Leap off "She watched him leap off the bridge into the water below." Hi. Can the word "leap" be replaced by "jump" in this sentence?

Yes, you could say 'jump', but 'leap' is specific type of jump. It's longer and more dramatic. 'Jump' isn't very exciting, whereas 'leap' is. It's a better word here.
