27:37 "If I can purchase in a slightly larger bracket (we can get the cost down)..." Actually I don't think "bracket" is the right word here. I think he means "quantity," but I understood him anyway. 28:28 "It's a tchotchke." Tchotchke is Yiddish slang which means "something decorative of little value or use." Jewish Americans use it a lot and many non-Jewish Americans have picked it up.
