Are these sentences OK? Could you feed my dog while I'm gone? and Could you take care of my dog while I'm gone? Could you feed my dog when I'm away? and Could you take care of my dog when I'm away?

I think the first two sentences are correct. For the last two sentences, I think it would be better to replace "when" with "while" as what you did to your first two sentences.
