As the question above, I just don't get it what are the differences of (the meaning or the usage) these words.

"需求 VS 要求"
"畅销货 VS 抢手货"

Could anybody help me to explain or give me some example?

My answer is a littile different from that before.“需求 ”是书面语，多用于写作，而且它是名词。“要求”在口语中作动词要多一些 eg:1.您还有什么其他的需求吗？（书）  2.他要求我们在每篇作文中使用不少于150字的成语。（口）

畅销货和抢手货也是这样。畅销货多用于书面语，抢手货多用于口语表达。这是最大的区别。

“需求”是名词，而“要求”既可以是名词也可以是动词。   以下是造句
       1.iphone 6满足了大众对智能手机的需求。    （“需求”在句中为名词）
       2.制造商应该了解广大客户的需求。     （名词）
       3.张先生对家具的要求是“时尚，新颖”。   （名词）
       4.老板要求员工一人交一篇年终报告。   （动词）
       5.作为班长，他必须严格要求自己。  （动词）
“畅销货”与“抢手货”都是指 受买家青睐的商品。而“抢手”比“畅销”更夸张。
