Martin Luther-king once called himself the n*(Sorry, I don't intend to provoke. It's just for the sake of my question.).
Have you ever heard overseas Chinese called themselves Chinamen or Chinks?

I am pleased to say that I have NEVER heard the derogatory term "Chink" used in the United States within my lifetime (>sixty years). I don't think it is used any more.

I have heard a Chinese person call themselves that as a joke. I have never heard someone use it against someone else.

No, never. There is a different racial dynamic at work with Chinese people in America, than there is with black people in America. Also: it's Martin Luther King (no hyphen, all capitalized). And: I would NOT use the N-word!

There's a lot of Chinese people in my city. I've never heard either word said.
Also, you can say the N-word. It's alright. We won't judge.
