Hola Camilo.
Check this Youtube channel out:

There are English and Spanish subtitles in all the videos. It's an educacional channel, so all the dialogues have one specific purpose and they are spoken in a slower pace.
BUT, I myself don't like these kind of educational videos. I prefer to watch real content for natives, so, I would suggest you to watch one comedy channel that's extremely well-known here in Brazil.
The channel is called Porta dos Fundos, and all the videos have subtitles in English and Spanish too. It's funny, and they have a lot of slangs. So check it out:

Just one thing. Some of the content might be a little bit "too agressive". But anyway, it's real content, meant to be watched by natives.
I also suggest you to select the videos you would like to watch and once you liked it, download the video as mp3 using this website:
http://www.listentoyoutube.com/
That's how I train my listening. I find a video that I like, watch on Youtube to understand the setting, then I download the video into mp3 format and listen to it later.
Hope that helps you, amigo. =]
