Are both senetnces OK? I don't want to waste any more of your time. I don't want to take up any more of your time.

Both are fine but there is definitely a difference in nuance. "I don't want to take up any more of your time" almost suggests that there is still more important information you would like to relay. "I don't want to waste any more of your time" almost suggests that what you have left to say is just more adjunct information that is not necessarily important. hope this helped :)
