A difficult sentance to understand "She looked perfect, as always, but the thought of another day at the gym, fanning her face to protect her botox, followed by experimentation with makeup rather than dinner, did not please her today." Accually, I don't understand what the whole sentance is talking about. I just got that something bad happened on her face, which made her unhappy, and she didn't have dinner that day, instead, try to have a make-up many times? Is that right? And what really happened? And her career is a most famous human doll. What's that? Thank you!

She looks perfect, but it requires a lot of work to look so perfect, so she has to work out at the gym every day. She also wants to look perfect while she's working out, so she fans her face to keep from appearing sweaty. Instead of eating dinner, which might make her gain weight, she tries out different make-up so she can continue looking perfect. She's pleased with how she looks, and nothing happened to her face, but she's not pleased with how much work she has to do to look that way.
