Hi! You can find hundreds of articles in English about the best way to learn a new language. I can tell you what works for me. I've read advice to surround yourself with English. It works. Also as to do what you like to do in a language you want to study. I wish you good luck with learning.

One way I've found that helps a lot is if you look at vlogs on Youtube and write down words you hear. This way you can practice listening and writing at the same time. Hope this helped :)
