How do you say to be dying to do something and to can't wait to do something in Dutch? How do you say to be dying to do something and to can't wait to do something in Dutch? For example, 1. I am dying to play that video game. 2. I am dying to see that movie. 3. I am dying to try that dessert. 4. I can't wait to leave work. 5. I can't wait to eat. I'm starving. 6. I can't wait to see him tomorrow.

Jannette's answer is right. Since I don't really have anything to add, here are a few ways to use slang to say some of the above: Ik word helemaal leip als ik dat spel niet kan spelen nu. (I'm gonna go mental if I don't get to play that game now.) Wanneer gaan we eten? (I'm "dying of hunger" over here, dude. (literally I'm "bending", as in when your stomach is empty and it hurts so much you start bending over) When are we gonna eat?) (When the f* are we gonna watch that movie?) (I'm f* hungry, can't wait till it's time for dinner.)

I am dying to play that video game. 2. I am dying to see that movie. 4. I can't wait to leave work. (to be finished with one's job) 5. I can't wait to eat. I'm starving. 6. I can't wait to see him tomorrow.
