How to understand inside-out perspective

SuKi's point about making a polite request should be heeded. "Inside-out perspective" mean to look at the company's internal strengths and weaknesses as a means to developing your business strategy. It can be contrasted with an "outside-in" perspective where you start from the market and customers and their needs. In my view, a company needs to do both.

More context is needed. A polite request for help might be nice, too.
