It is 'font', meaning the typeface used to print the documents in the envelope.
He says, in a rather garbled way, 'You've got a bigger font than me'. It's a lame joke about the fact that the other fellow's envelope is apparently heavier than his.

The BBC subtitles are "You've got a bigger font than me.", but that isn't want it sounds like he's saying.
