Please tell me Do English native speakers use "Thanks for your birth" when cereblating others' birthday? Also, which is better to use among these? ・Thank you for coming into my life. ・Thank you for having been born. ・I really appreciate your birth.

You use "thank you" or "appreciate" when someone has done something. The birth "happened" to him as the action was carried out by his mother. So you can say things like, "thank you for being my friend." but not "thank you for having been born." Michael's answer has the phrases you want in this situation.

Just say "Happy birthday" or ... "I am glad to have you in my life"

听起来有些奇怪的句子。。。。出生不是主观能动的行为。如果你要表达的是“感谢有你,感谢我们相识”,干脆直接说就好啦

The only one of those four you might want to use is "Thank you for coming into my life.".
