Yes, there are English people online. Mostly we are online between about 08.00 hours GMT and 22.00 hours GMT. You still get the night owls after that, of course! If we can't sleep we might be online at any time! But I think you may mean, "Are there English speaking people online?" Well, you got the Australians and New Zealanders awake when we English are asleep, and the Canadians and Americans getting up when we are busy having lunch. So, whether you mean English people, or English speakers, you'll find plenty on italki, 24/7.
