Is it possible to say "... hundred... ty ..." while reading a phone number? For example, is it possible for 13554684616 to be said "thirteen double five four, hundred sixty-eight, forty-six sixteen"?I didn't mean to add a comma between "four" and "hundred". I meant "thirteen, double five, four hundred sixty-eight, forty-six, sixteen"

In US English phone numbers are usually broken up in segments. So something like that would be "one, three five five, four six eight, four six one six." You could also say "forty-six sixteen" for the last segment. Toll-free numbers often start with 1-800, so we would say "one eight hundred..."

You can of course, use " hundred". Example 720-314-4700 which can be read at the end as Forty-Seven Hundred.
