Differences between 'somewhere else' and 'elsewhere' Can anyone tell me what's the difference in meaning and use?

They are the same for me too.

Except for maybe "elsewhere" sounding slightly more poetic, I can't think of a difference. They're the same to me.

"elsewhere" can be used to mean "concurrently". It's also a little more formal and literary than "somewhere else".
