We say the person is very rational, am I right? When it's the opposite of that, what's the word? I don't want to say irrational. That sounds negative. sentimental seems to mean he has a lot of touchy feelings but not necessarily making decisions based on those feelings. emotional means he's got a lot of emotions and is easy to make a tantrum or become very excited. sensitive means he can sense other's moods' changes very well and he's caring or that he's irritated easily.
