When do you use the particles"が"and"を" in Japanese

It depends entirely on the verbs you are using and what you are trying to say. There are entire books written about the proper use of は and が. を usually marks whatever is being acted on(direct object) in a sentence. が marks something specific. はcan be best translated as "at least" or "for one"
