This is a new structure I've ever seen. emm... why doesn't the sentence say 'from' directly instead of 'from of', to become 'using a new word from the verbs.' ?

You do not have a complete sentence to begin with.
"The construction, "from of" is not a reasonable construction to begin with.
The phrase could use either FROM or OF, but not both.
