なんて Why was なんて used in this sentence? (The narrator was hit by a ball into his head and now he's resting on bench with his head on a his classmate's lap) 幸せな気もするけど、そんなものを噛み締める余裕_なんて_なくて、ただびたすら鼻にティッシュを押し当て、鼻血を止めることに集中している。

なんてis a colloquial form of "など". They add to an example and means "something like that". "これなど/なんてどうですかHow about this one?" And they are used to emphasize in some situations like this "そんなものを噛み締める余裕_なんて_なくて、I didn't have a room(something like that)tasting such a thing(of course!)and."
