as I live in Spain but I am not Spanish, I noticed that Spanish ads are mostly about beauty, teeth, private clinics... I have never seen any ad about private clinics on German tv. Moreover, Spanish ads seem to be less profound.. (check this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cXMaSQAVoZU , I still dont get it..) they also tell you how long the ad will take..never seen that on German tv.. They also do not use the English names of products but rather translate them into Spanish or "read" them as a Spanish word..
