A little question about a conversation in Homeland S4 "You can do that, though?" Here is a conversation in Homeland S4. I am a little confused the meaning and the role of "though" in the sentence. A: Did you really mean it when you said that you could get me out of Pakistan? C:You let me tell your story, I’ll get you to London A: You can do that, though?

When it's at the end of a sentence, 'Though' has the same meaning as 'But'. Person A is just checking that it's true that the other person can get him/her to London.
