Yes they're the same. Bunu yapmak zorundayım. = I must do this. Bunu yapmak zorunda kaldım. = I had to do this. (It was not your choice but you had to) Bunu yapmaya mecburum = Bunu yapmak zorundayım They're both the same and they mean you have no other choice but to do that.
