What time is the next train to Amsterdam Centraal at?
Hoe laat naar Amsterdam Centraal gaat de volgende trein?
Or
Hoe laat gaat de volgende trein naar Amsterdam Centraal?
If both sentences are grammatically correct which would be used more often?

De tweede zin is correct, de eerste niet. In plaats van "Hoe laat gaat" kan je ook zeggen "hoe laat vertrekt", dit is iets formeler.
