遇上不等于遇到， 遇上后面跟的是事情，遇到后面跟的是人物。 比如，我遇上车祸了。 我遇到了我高中时期的初恋女友。

是的，它们是一个意思。我们都能听懂，但我个人觉得用"遇到”读起来更顺一些。
