That's a really good question! While I don't have any personal experience looking for a foreign job, several of my students have mentioned that they have looked for job advertisements in trade magazines, on-line, and in foreign newspapers. Sometimes there are recruiting fairs at universities as well.
I think one of the best ways, however, is word of mouth. Pay attention to what others are saying about jobs they have heard about, or to jobs a classmate has interviewed for. It may be harder for you to get a first job in an English speaking country simply because you don't have any job experience. If that is the case, look for a comparable job in China or another non-English country where it may be easier for you to find a job. Make it your goal to have your dream job in 3 to 5 years so that you have something to work toward and you don't get discouraged. Once you have experience, it will be easier to apply for a foreign job. Good luck with your goals :)
