No. Turning is not appropriate for what you are trying to say. "Turn right" "Take the next right turn" "Take the next turn on the right"

As SuKi points out, US usage is only "take the next right" or "take the next right turn" "turning" has an entirely different meaning in the US, related to materials made on a lathe.
