I think living in a remote place will / would be interesting. What should it be if we're imagining? I know that "would" is used in unreal situations but " will" sounds OK to me too. Also, if I continue the story, should I use " would"? For example, should I say " because I'd able to relax and think"...etc. Thank you :)

You use "would" if you're only thinking about it. You can use "will" if it's very likely to happen, eg. you've accepted a job in a remote place and you're already preparing to go there. Yes, you continue with whichever modal verb you choose. Don't switch them.
