What is the difference betwen AT LEAST AND UNLESS? can you make sentences?

These two phrases are completely different in meaning and use. 'At least' means 'minimum'. You need to be at least 18 years old to join the gym. 'Unless' means 'if not' - it's the negative form of 'if'. I'll go to the party if you go. = I won't go to the party unless you go. He'll get ill if he doesn't stop smoking = He'll get ill unless he stops smoking.
