많아요. You can say the area where there's an affliction followed by "아파요." "목이 아파요" = "I have a soar throat." "머리 아파요" = "I have a headache." Etc... "감기 있어요" = "I have a cold." "멀미 있어요" = "I'm nauseous" or "I have motion sickness." I forgot dizzy and food poisoning so I'll let a native speaker tell you the rest.
