Could you check if my listening correct? It's from 1:11 to 1:17 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YYU4FKujV7M 1:11 So the last thing we gonna do is just we gonna turn this on, and give it a quick whirl, and will be ready to pour our drinking just for a second. 1:17 I'm not sure about the part, " for a second."

Yes, 'pour up' is a very unusual expression. It sounds like a combination of 'pour out' and 'serve up'. But why not? It makes sense and we understand it.

"So the next thing we do is we're just gonna turn this on, give it a quick whirl, and we'll be ready to pour up our drink in just a second." Your effort was good. It was hard for me to understand "pour up" the first time as it is not a phrasal verb I have ever heard of. We normally say "pour out" and this is also what she meant by "pour up".
