Is it natural to hear the following sentence in spoken English? We are look at what they are and what they mean?

Definitely not natural. You may mean "We are looking at what they and what they mean". This would be correct for an object of some sort

I think you mean We look at who they are and what they mean. Or "We are looking at who they are and what they mean." But it's not a very clear sentence.i don't understand what you want to say.
