grammar problem in one sentence ! it is about to embarking a project that would be simultaneously artful and embedded in the life of ordinary people. is there something wrong with 'embarking' in grammar? thanks

Yes, there is. You would want to say: "It is about to embark on a project that would be simultaneously artful and embedded in the lives of ordinary people." (Remember also, in English, if you're talking about something that multiple people possess, you generally want that thing to be in the plural: "Their hearts are in the right place."; "The lives of the people were simple."; etc.)
