Looking for Structure
I don't know how to express this phrases:
All people can play here;even young or old.
All people can play here;either young or old.
All people can play here;....................
(I mean both of them can play)
I think the best way to phrase it would be...
All people can play here; young and old.

You could say:
Everyone can play here, whether young or old. I think that is the emphasis you are looking for.
You could also say:
...no matter how young or how old.
...both young and old.
