Can any teachers share resources for teaching Spanish to kids? I'm currently teaching Spanish to 4 year old twin boys and do not have much experience teaching to very young kids. Are there any resources r material (free or paid) out there that you could recommend to me? The boys can't read yet, and have a short attention span. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Kids that young learn mostly from songs and stories... That's what really engages them! If you're not comfortable singing (like me!), you can simply play the songs and encourage them to sing along, and also do the gestures (fingerplays). Otherwise, good approaches for beginners are TPR and TPRS... Here are my favorite songs in English, should give you ideas for Spanish! :) https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLqUz20Ns2LKlL5yZtUMknOPaDDFTvmO_- You can also play games with them... It's the best way for them to learn! For example, have them draw pictures of animals and play Concentration with the cards (works best if they are learning to read). Most importantly, have fun with them, so they learn that foreign languages are fun! Good luck! :)

I'd like to add that I teach the boys in person, not online. Also, even if you have English material for kids, I can easily translate/adopt it for my Spanish classes :) Thanks so much in advance. I'm just not that creative when it comes to small children.
