Morally, it is wrong to kill. But it is also not socially accepted to dictate another's life. It can be taken 2 ways. Either a sacrifice of moral codes come in place for a 'greater good' or none at all.
Think about the people being constricted under the dictatorship; their lives are worth as much as any others for they have only been born in the wrong place at the wrong time. Sometimes the decision to kill a person becomes clearer when they are threatening the lives of your closed ones. Would you hit/kill a person who intends on harming your family; holding a knife at your doorstep? Some food for thought. Although i'm sure the answer will still end with you doing whatever you can in your power to prevent that from happening.
