“生日快乐”(sheng ri kuai le) = happy birthday, and happy birthday to nadine~~
i don't know how to write her name in chinese……sorry.
but it's her english name, is it necessary to put her name to chinses?

生日快乐 is simplified Chinese
Taiwan is using traditional Chinese, so "happy birthday" is 生日快樂
There's so many Chinese characters sounds like "nadine", so sorry I can't help.
