Can "ma na sobie" and "nosi" be used interchangeably? Is there any difference between the use of ma na sobie and nosi? Can I use either one of them interchangeably or are there restrictions? For example, can I say "Ona nosi okulary przeciwsłonecznie" or "Ona ma na sobie okulary przeciwsłonecznie"? Does one sound more correct than the other? Thanks!

It's quite simple: nosi indicates that she tends to wear it, it's her habit. Ma na sobie is a unique moment, now or in other temporal relation. Nosi can be sometimes used in this meaning as well, however ma na sobie is slightly more correct.
