lomnochtán - A naked/nude, ill-clad person. Foclóir Gaeilge-Béarla (FGB)

It means a naked person. "Lom" and "nocht" both mean naked; they can be put together for emphasis: "lomnocht" = "stark naked". "-án" is a nominalising suffix (used to form nouns).
