I can give you one good advice, at least it works for me. To read a lot! You should read what you are interested in, but this information must be written for French, not for foreigners, so it should not be adapted. Reading is a great tool. It is not necessary to learn words, it is enough to write it down. Then try to use it while in your speech. You will see: in one or two months ( if you read every day and a lot and speak at least two time per week) your speaking skills will be developped. As for writing: it is also necessary to write, but if you read ( especially newspapers) , automatically your wrtitting skills will be 30 percents better and then it will be process of making it more natural ( it is going to take time of course). As for listening: if you read , if you speak, listening for you is a question of time, just listen to something you like.
