Even more casual, "Tant pis pour toi", in the US, can be said as "Sucks for you". I wouldn't use it in formal situations, but among friends it is pretty normal.

"Tant mieux pour toi !" = "Good for you (, then)."
"Tant pis pour toi !" = "Too bad (for you)!"
That which is placed in the brackets may or may not be said depending on the context of the conversation.
