"cellulite" is a word that's used to describe the fat underneath your skin. So, if something is anti-cellulite, it's should help to reduce fat or help you lose weight.

Is this a cream/lotion type of beauty product? Cellulite can cause the skin to appear dimpled/bumpy/lumpy. Usually, anti-cellulite creams are used to lessen the appearance of cellulite and make the skin appear smoother, by draining away fluid or/and shrinking fat cells under the skin. Products that are only anti-cellulite do not usually have weight loss purposes. PS: are you in beauty school or something? :D All your questions seem to be regarding beauty terms haha!

"cellulite" is what stores fat in your body. If something is anti-cellulite, hopefully, it will help you slim, lose weight or diet.
