2:57 the only effect it had on me really was it kind of diminished how fast the hair grow. So with my legs, it hasn't grow as fast...grows a bit patchy, which is fine. and the same goes into(?) my arms, but by no means, in any way shape or form has it made the hairs not compact(?).The hair still come back. I can just go longer in between shaving to be honest ten(?) to kind of shaving every two days under arms area. I would do every day, but it really irritates my underarms, just because I don't like that being that kind of tiny bit shadow , completely clean smooth. 3:33

As I said in my previous response, this woman speaks very unclearly. She has a slight speech impairment, and she tends to garble her words.

What she says at your first question mark is an example of garbling. What she should have said was 'the same goes for my arms', but in fact she mumbles something incoherent like 'onto'. Ignore it. It's a mistake.

For your second question mark she says 'come back'.

For the third, 'I tend to kind of shave'.
