After using the spanish word OJALA not always is the case that you need to use neither the subjunctive nor the past subjunctive. For instance:
OJALÁ TE VAYAS DE AQUÍ, I wish you to leave
Nonetheless, as you say sometimes the passive voice is needed like in the following examples:
OJALÁ SEAS LLEVADO DE AQUÍ, I wish you'll be taken from here
OJALÁ HUBIERAS SIDO LLEVADO DE AQUÍ, I wish you had been taken from here
